Dortell Williams has been incarcerated for 21 years consecutively serving a sentence of LWOP. He is self-educated and now teaches others Spanish and Creative Writing. Author of articles appearing in a number of local and national outlets, Williams has recently written a book entitled Looking in on Lockdown: A Private Diary for the Public (Infinity Publishing, 2010).
