Debra Parkes

Debra Parkes is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba. She researches and teaches in a variety of areas related to criminal law and constitutional law, with a particular focus on equality rights and prisoners' rights. Meaghan Daniel

Meaghan Daniel is an associate at Falconer Charney LLP. Called to the Bar in 2009, her practice is concentrated on public interest and state accountability litigation. Meg is also a member of the Law Union of Ontario and its autonomous working group, the Movement Defence Committee, which provides legal and demonstration support for activists.
