Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Works

  • Revue Gouvernance / Governance Review does not accept manuscripts already published or submitted to other journals.
  • Manuscripts must be submitted to revuegouvernance@uottawa.ca using the author's instructions available at this link:  Instructions for authors
  • The maximum size of articles is limited to 8,000 words including text, notes, bibliographic references and appendices, but not including abstracts in both languages. The word count must appear at the end of the article.
  • Manuscripts should include two 250-word summary (in English and French) and 3 to 6 keywords in both languages.
  • Manuscripts should also include short biographies of each author of a maximum of 15 to 20 words each.
  • All references cited in the text should appear bibliography.
  • The paper must be in APA Style and the font must be Palatino, 12-point size.
