Abstract

In a recent study, Tóth et al. examine the underlying mechanisms of therapy-induced senescence (TIS) and escape in two breast cancer cell lines, under three treatments. Their research develops a novel multiparametric flow cytometry method and explores the off-label effects of two drugs in vitro, providing insight into breast cancer cell proliferation mechanisms and advancement in senescence research for cancer therapeutics.
