Policy Enforcement
All policy requirements must be met by submissions describing clinical research and/or research on human subject. Failure to satisfy requirements will be sufficient to reject the manuscript. If issues are identified post publication, correction or retraction may be issued as appropriate.

To ensure high level of integrity and minimal bias in the works presented in the UOJM, authors must disclose and declare all potential conflicts of interest. Authors must explicitly state all potential conflicts in the ICMJE conflict of interest form as requested in Submission Guidelines. These include, but are not limited to, all personal assistance, financial relationships and sources of funding leading to the submission, and all organizations that could potentially profit or lose through the publication of the manuscript. Authors will be requested to share the conflict-of-interest forms for all the authors of the manuscript once accepted, however they must provide a summary of the declarations of interest in the submission.
