Data Availability
Submissions must include Data Availability Statement that describes compliance with UOJM’s data policy, and agreement to share data using one of the following methods:
- -Data Citation: Authors cite publicly available data used in their submission while following Journal style.
- -Supporting information files: Data can be provided as supplementary information and will be published accompanying the accepted article.
- -Data management plans: Data Management Plans (DMPs) used in the preparation of grants can be provided.
- -Data shareable upon request: Provide a statement expressing that data will be shared with requesting authors.
Authors sharing data must provide the data required to replicate all the study findings reported in their submission. Studies analyzing data qualitatively, should provide excerpts of transcripts in manuscripts, appropriate data repositories, or upon request. Data describing human research participants and other sensitive information should not be shared for ethical reasons.
